And, even though so many of us crave connection, we also fear it.

It is easy, even common, to give into these narratives.

But one of the fastest ways THROUGH these stories is having proof that we AREN'T alone.

Fear, shame & insecurities can be washed away through the power of authentic connection.

I have felt it in my own life, and witnessed it in others.

It is an honor that you are here, considering a year long journey with me inside the REBIRTH mentorship.

I'm not here to convice you it's something you need, because only you could ever know that.

Stepping into long term work with me is no small feat. It is a journey that has the potential to change your life in ways you nor I can possibly fathom.

Does that excite you? Terrify you? Maybe a little of both?

REBIRTH is a creation that I have been dreaming and gestating for more than a year now.

I've been considering:

  • I have so much to share with women of the world, but not all that I have to share is appropriate for one off classes or for public display on the internet. I'm not here to pull on threads of trauma to shock and awe you. If we go there, it is important to me that I am there to facilitate what comes next... whether that's good, bad, hard, easy, or anything in between.
  • Many topics I love to teach on (like pleasure, sex, and intimacy) work best in a live setting, providing my private clients with specific, personalized tips, rather than a general overview of things to try.
  • I love Q+A's and offering direct support. But I also appreacite that some people aren't in a place of needing that, which is why my other programmes are available as self study. I wanted to create a space for the women who do value (and feel ready for) mentorship.
  • My medicine woman lifestyle - which requires time offline - is not suitable for the exhaustive launching, funnels, or program building often celebrated in the online world.
  • "Selling" women on all the sparkly shit marketing gurus tell you "people are buying" does not line up with my values nor does it interest me to inorganically attract women who aren't ready for the true inner work that transformation requires (whether the marketing tells you about it or not).
  • How do I address all of this (and more) in a way that feels aligned and integral for me, and deeply transformative, safe, supportive, and nourishing for you?

From these explorations... REBIRTH was born.

The truth is that this journey can and will transform you.

BUT it will not be all rainbows and butterflies (though I love those and they are present in our journeys).

The truth is that sometimes it will be hard.

Sometimes you will hear things that aren't easy.

Emotions and old patterns will come to the surface for clearing.

But I will be walking with you through it all.

Because on the other side of the hard... is the beauty, pleasure, freedom, and abundance so many of us crave more of.

As we purge old paradigms, beliefs, patterns, or dis-ease from our bodies and lives, we create more space for what we truly desire.

This is why I created one container where I will show up live and work intimately with the women who are called to journey with me this way.

REBIRTH is here and she is ready for you.
